Shipping & Returns
For all orders
Unless a product is out of stock, all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We will let you know if there are delays. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please note that transit times may vary, depending on your location Local Orders / Pick Up Arrangements can be made for local orders to be picked up.
Upon checkout, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address. This step must be completed; however, the next step allows you to choose pick up as your delivery option. This is free of charge. Please note that we are located in Cold Springs, Ontario, just north of Cobourg. Deliveries will only be made in Cobourg, Ontario.
Once an order has shipped via Canada Post or another postal service, it is out of our control. If there is an issue with your order due to a postal service error, you, as the customer, will have to open a service ticket with them. Although we aren't responsible for shipping issues, please feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to help you work through the matter.
Pure Joy Botanicals is proud to offer international shipping to most anywhere in the world. International orders may incur charges for duties and taxes per the rates established by their respective countries. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that Pure Joy does not use synthetic preservatives in our products, so the shelf-life is shorter than that of skincare products that do. Please follow the following suggestions for caring for your Pure Joy products and visit our blog post, "3 Ways to Care for Your Pure Joy Products" for more details.
1. Keep out of direct sunlight.
2. Wipe any condensation if you find some on the lid.
3. If you are buying multiple creams, we recommend that you keep your spare creams in the fridge, until you use them.
